WEBSITES · FOR FLOORING

Website design for flooring companies

Flooring is shopped by material, then by the square foot. We build hand-coded, fast sites that give LVP, hardwood, and tile their own pages, answer the cost question, and book the in-home estimate before the buyer calls three other installers.

QUICK FACTS · WEBSITES FOR FLOORING COMPANIES

At a glance.

The whole engagement on one ticket. Read it in a minute, then bring us the hard questions on the call.

What it is
A hand-coded flooring website: home, a page for each material you install (LVP, hardwood, tile, carpet, laminate), service-area pages, real job galleries, and a working estimate-request form. Built to load fast and read cleanly to Google and AI search.
Timeline
Most flooring builds land in 3 to 6 weeks from kickoff, depending on how many material lines, service areas, and project galleries you want covered.
Investment
Quoted at the strategy call once we count your material lines, service areas, and whether you run a showroom. No template pricing, no per-page-builder tax.
What you get
The full site as code you own: material pages, service-area pages, project galleries, a working in-home estimate form, mobile call and text buttons, and clean schema so AI search can quote you.
What's not included
This is the build. Ongoing keyword ranking, backlinks, the Google map pack, and paid clicks live in the SEO, Local SEO, and Google Ads work, not in the site fee.
Managed how
Built in-house, hand-coded, on a domain and codebase you own. No WordPress login to get hacked, no page-builder subscription holding your site hostage.
Who it's for
Established flooring companies doing real volume: installs, supply-and-install, showroom retail. Owners who got burned by a template or a nephew and want the estimate calendar to fill.
Who it's not for
A brand-new one-truck installer with no reviews and no project photos yet. Get jobs on the ground and a portfolio first, then a site has real work to sell.

THE FLOORING SITE

The buyer picks the material before they pick you

Flooring is a two-decision buy, and both happen before you hear from anyone. First the customer settles on a material: waterproof LVP for the kids and the dog, real hardwood for the resale, tile for the wet areas. Then they price it by the square foot and start booking in-home estimates. Website design for flooring companies has to meet both decisions. A site that lumps everything under one 'Flooring' page loses the buyer who searched 'LVP installation cost' and expected a page about LVP.

The estimate is the whole game. Nobody buys a floor off a website, but they decide whose truck shows up to measure. When a homeowner is comparing three installers on their phone at night, the one whose site shows real LVP, hardwood, and tile jobs in their own town, explains what drives the per-square-foot number, and has an estimate form that works in ten seconds gets the appointment. The other two get ignored.

If you run a showroom, the site does double duty: it has to get feet through the door, not just fill a form. We build the material pages, the project galleries, and the estimate booking as the sales tool that carries the flooring cycle from the first 'LVP vs hardwood' search to the measured quote. Hand-coded, under 2 seconds, structured so Google and AI search read your materials and service areas and quote you by name.

[ 01 ] THE PROBLEM

Why most flooring websites never book the estimate

The site was built to look done, not to book a measure.

01

One page for every floor

LVP, hardwood, tile, carpet, and laminate all get crammed into one 'Flooring Services' page. The buyer searching 'hardwood refinishing cost' bounces, and Google has nothing specific to rank.

02

Slow on a phone

WordPress and page-builder bloat make the site crawl on cell data. The homeowner comparing installers at night closes the tab before the gallery loads.

03

No answer to the square-foot question

The site says 'quality installation' and skips what drives the per-square-foot price: subfloor prep, tear-out, stairs, transitions. So the buyer keeps clicking to an installer who explains it.

04

Invisible to AI search

When someone asks ChatGPT or Google's AI Overview for a flooring installer near them, a thin template has no clean structure to be quoted from. You are not in the answer.

[ 02 ] THE METHOD

What we build into a flooring site

Every page earns its place by answering a real question a flooring buyer asks.

A

A page per material

LVP, hardwood, tile, carpet, laminate: each gets its own page with real copy, honest cost framing, and the questions that material raises. That is what ranks and what books the measure.

B

Service-area pages that name the towns

Real pages for the towns and counties you actually install in, so a homeowner in your area finds a page written for their area, not a generic radius blurb.

C

The cost drivers, explained

Plain-language pages on what moves the per-square-foot number: subfloor prep, tear-out and haul-away, stairs, transitions, and material grade. This is what the buyer reads before booking.

D

Real project galleries

Actual installs with the material, the room, and the town. A finished LVP kitchen or a refinished oak floor beats a stock swatch every time a buyer is choosing an installer.

E

An estimate form that works

A short, mobile-first form that captures material, rooms, and rough square footage, plus click-to-call and click-to-text so the buyer books the in-home measure in seconds.

F

Showroom traffic, if you run one

Hours, address, a real map, and a 'come see samples' path so the site drives feet through the door, not just online forms.

[ 03 ] THE DIFFERENCE

The custom build versus the cheap template

[ 07 ] STRAIGHT ANSWERS

What contractors ask us most.

The questions flooring owners actually ask before a build.

01How much does a flooring website cost?

We quote it at the strategy call, once we count your material lines, service areas, and how many project galleries you want, plus whether you run a showroom. It is a build you own, not a monthly template rental, so the number depends on page depth, not a per-seat subscription.

02Do you use WordPress?

No. We hand-code the site as static HTML and CSS. That is why it loads under 2 seconds on a phone, why there is no plugin or login to get hacked, and why there is no page-builder subscription holding your site hostage. You own the code.

03Do you build a separate page for each material?

Yes, and it matters. LVP, hardwood, tile, carpet, and laminate each get their own page. A homeowner searching 'LVP installation cost' should land on your LVP page, not a catch-all 'Services' page, and Google needs that specificity to rank you.

04Will the site book in-home estimates?

That is what it is built for. The estimate form is short and mobile-first, capturing material, rooms, and rough square footage, with click-to-call and click-to-text alongside it. Nobody buys a floor off a website, so every page is built to get your truck out to measure.

05I run a showroom. Can the site drive foot traffic?

Yes. We build in your hours, address, a real map, and a clear 'come see samples' path so the site sends people to the door, not just to a form. The material pages and galleries do the pre-selling before they walk in.

06Will the site rank for flooring keywords on its own?

The build gives Google and AI search clean, real material and service-area pages to read, which is the foundation ranking needs. Ongoing ranking on competitive terms like 'hardwood flooring' in your town is the SEO program's job, and that typically takes 4 to 9 months. The site is what makes that work possible.

07Do I own the site, or is it rented?

You own it. When we hand it over you own the domain and the code, hosted fast on Cloudflare. Unlike a DIY builder, nothing disappears the day you stop paying, because there is no subscription to stop paying.

08I already have a website. Can you redesign it?

Yes. Most flooring companies come to us with a template or a nephew's site that never booked a measure. We rebuild it hand-coded, with real material pages, service-area pages, and a working estimate form, on a codebase you own. Send us the URL and we will tell you straight what is worth keeping.
